The 8th edition of the PROMETIA Scientific Seminar, focused on the young generation of researchers, will take place from 1 to 3 December 2021 in a hybrid format: on-site in Seville and remotely on Teams.

The seminar will address mineral processing, hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy and recycling topics, featuring presentations from young researchers from organisations such as BRGM/LGC, ERAMET, GTK, IMN, LUT, MPI, POLITO, SWERIM and UBU ICCRAM. The event will also host a series of invited talks with key speakers from Aalto University, BRGM, CEA, DG-GROW, EIT RawMaterials and ORANO. Andrzej Chmielarz, PROMETIA President and Stéphane Bourg, Chairman of the ExCom will welcome participants on the first day. 

On 1 December participants will be invited to a dinner offered by PROMETIA where they will have the possibility to meet and exchange views with other key actors in the field of raw materials.
