The ERA-MIN 3 Final Conference, titled “Celebrating 5 Years of Excellence in Raw Materials Cooperation”, will take place in a hybrid format next 23th-24th June 2026 in Stockholm, coinciding with the launch of the new co-funded European Partnership on Raw Materials (RAMP. 24th-25th June).

This joint timing highlights the continuity between ERA-MIN 3 (2020–2025) and its successor programme, RAMP (2025–2037), reinforcing Europe’s long-term commitment to sustainable raw materials research and innovation.

ERA-MIN 3 is a pan-European network of research and innovation (R&I) funding organizations that has, over the past five years, strengthened the coordination of national and regional programmes in the field of non-energy, non-agricultural raw materials. Through its joint transnational calls, the network has supported collaborative projects addressing key challenges such as resource efficiency, recycling, and the substitution of critical raw materials within a circular economy framework.

The Final Conference will showcase the programme’s main achievements and impacts. On the first day, representatives from eight funded R&I projects will present their key results, demonstrating advances in knowledge, technology development, and potential market applications. These presentations will be followed by a roundtable discussion focused on future cooperation and the long-term impact of ERA-MIN-funded research.

The second day will be dedicated to presenting the overall achievements of ERA-MIN 3 as a coordinated European initiative.

The event will conclude with a high-level roundtable addressing ERA-MIN 3’s contribution to European Union raw materials policies over the years, as well as its legacy in shaping future initiatives. By bridging past achievements with future ambitions under RAMP, the conference will serve as a key moment for reflection, knowledge exchange, and strategic alignment in the raw materials community.
