PRIMA Québec, in collaboration with Pôle Mecatech and the support of the Service public de Wallonie (SPW), the Ministère de l’Économie et de l’Innovation (MEI) and the Wallonie Bruxelles International (WBI), organized a webinar-matchmaking event on 12 January 2021 at 16:00 h (Brussels Time) / 10:00 h (Montréal Time). The Webinar Quebec-Wallonia: opportunities for collaboration in the field of new materials and the circular economy ipresented the EU Co-funded ERA-MIN Joint Call 2021 for R&I transnational projects launched on 15th January 2021, which counts with an indicative budget of €19 Million. 

After a general introduction by the ERA-MIN3 coordinator, Mrs. Dina Carrilho, FCT (Portugal), Mr. Pierre Demoitie (SPW-recherche (Wallonia) and Mr. Michel Lefèvre (Prima Québec ) as funding agencies explained their internal rules for funding. Afterwards, 10 pitches of 4 minutes each followed one another. At the end, a matchmaking event allowed participants to network and initiate future collaborations.
