The Final Conference of VERAM project, “EU Raw Materials 2050: Roadmap to Success”, was held in Brussels on 17th April 2018. 

The conference discussed and presented the results of the VERAM project including the “Research and Innovation Roadmap: A Sustainable and Competitive Future for European Raw Materials”, which formulates 4 priorities and 178 Research and Innovation Areas for the future of the raw materials sector. Several and different inputs took part in its elaboration process including the analysis of the five European Technology Platforms Strategic Innovation and Research Agendas (SIRAs), the European Innovation Platform  on Raw materials SIRA, public consultations and workshops.
