The aim of this public consultation is to identify the good and bad practices used for the implementation of the Waste Shipment Regulation and evaluate if this has met its objectives on the basis of the following criteria: 1. effectiveness. 2 efficiency. 3. relevance. 4 coherence and 5. EU added value and how its objectives may have been achieved.

The consultation is available in different languages and the deadline to respond it is 27th April 2018.
