The PROMETIA Scientific Seminar 2026 will take place from 25–27 November 2026 in Gliwice, Poland, bringing together researchers, industry representatives and innovation stakeholders working across the raw materials value chain.

The 2026 edition will focus on the application of Artificial Intelligence in the raw materials sector, alongside the latest R&I developments in mineral processing, extractive metallurgy and recycling. The programme will include keynote presentations, contributions from DG GROW and local experts, as well as scientific presentations from PROMETIA members.

A call for presentations is now open. Researchers are invited to submit proposals related to AI and other innovations in raw materials processing. Presentation proposals should include a title, presenter name and a short abstract, and should be sent to contact@prometia.eu.

Registration will open after the summer break, with further information on the programme and practical arrangements to be announced in the coming months.
