The PDAC 2019, the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada Convention, is held in Toronto this week. PDAC 2019 is the World’s Premier Mineral Exploration & Mining Convention with over 1,000 exhibitors, 3,500 investors and 25,600 attendees from 135 countries that will gather companies active in mineral exploration and development sharing the vision of a globally responsible and sustainable minerals industry.

The ERA-MIN 2 project is represented at the EU booth #7009N (Trade Show North), in which information of the latest research funded projects by ERA-MIN 2 and the future ERA-MIN joint calls for proposals to which companies could apply is provided.

Ms Dina Carrilho, ERA-MIN 2 project coordinator, is invited by the EU to the Networking and Business Breakfast “Opportunities in the EU mineral and mining sector” in which a short presentation on ERA-MIN 2 - Pan-European Research and Innovation Funding Programmes on Raw Materials to promote the Circular Economy will be made during the session “Research & Innovation opportunities”.
