The new JRC Policy Report "Mapping the role of Raw Materials in Sustainable Development Goals" scrutinizes how raw materials can hinder or contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), established in the UN 2030 Agenda, based on literature review and experts’ opinion. This study considers the whole value chain (extraction, manufacturing, use, end-of-life) of biotic and abiotic materials.
