27/03/2019

ERA-MIN, the ERA-NET on raw materials funded by the European Union’s FP7, launched 3 Joint Transnational Calls (2013, 2014 and 2015), funding a total of 17 transnational projects.

The main outcomes of the projects funded under the first two calls (2013 and 2014) are now published.

4 transnational projects CELMIN, GEOSULF, MAXI and SUSMIN were funded under the Joint Call 2013. These projects involved 19 organisations, requesting a total of 2.9 million € of public funds.

7 transnational projects AMDREY, BOFLUX, ENVIREE, EXTRAVAN, NewOres, RAREASH and StartGeoDelineation were funded under the Joint Call 2014, involving 38 organisations and requesting a total of 5.43 million € of public funds.

3 out of 4 projects funded under the call 2013 and the projects funded under the call 2014 involved 38 and 69 young researchers respectively which represent the 40% and 36% of researchers participating in these projects.

It is highlighted mentioned that 49% and 44% of the researchers involved in the projects funded under the call 2013 and 2014, respectively, are female which represent a good indicative of gender balance.

The main outcomes and further statistics are available at ERA-MIN 2 webpage.
