The 12th visual of "The Superpowers of Critical Raw Materials" Campaign is now published

The 12th visual of "The Superpowers of Critical Raw Materials" campaign, launched by the European SCRREEN project, is about the importance of cobalt. By 2035, annual cobalt requirements could increase in Europe by nearly 30,000 tonnes. This rise is related to the boom of rechargeable batteries used in mobile phones and electric cars. 

The aim of this campaign is to raise the European public awareness of the 27 CRMs. 12 different visuals are being published whose aim is to make the general public aware of the different forms which CRMs take part in our day-to-day life. The previous visuals are also published here.
